Running warm up/down 1:30:00 [3]

Ok. A good 1hr pre run (fairly good tempo) around the blue and red. Run all hills. And a 30 easier cool down back to parking lots along yellow and red

Up the mother to the spot where we stop for 10 times to hell (2/3 way up) about 6 times. With a brisk walk down.

Centennial Park. Group training. Lots of single track. Only counting as 1hr 30 minutes of running due to the fact that there was some walking. So a good solid 1hr 30 run
