Hike up Mount McCrea. 1hr 55 minutes total but count as less. Hike up was good quite a steep climb. Muddy in spots.

The Mother - 7 times up: 3:43, 3:31, 3:31, 3:26, 3:20, 3:12, 3:10 Halfway through the downpour started and I was a drowned rat by the end of the workout.
