Kamview area and Mountain Rd. All around there with MD. Started mostly double poling and then skated more due to more uphill and blisters. Killer blisters on hands now

Polewalk up toboggan hill. Then run down rope tow hill. Stride up to top. Walk over to ice slides, drop poles and run down and sprint up on ice slide. Then walk down and aroound. 5 x

45' of LU weights workout. did considerably better than the first time

Note

Feet very sore. I beleive it's from the excessive amounts of running. So going to try not to run for the rest of the week.
