Surprised I was so close. Decent Race. Wanted to do better but I just focused on running and not previous times.

Booted it up the steep part. Alot faster than last time

3 x easier all the way up
4 x hard the first bit then stride the gradual to shortcut then easy way all the way too the top

AK Weights workout with 15 minutes of core before. Weight room was empty.

1hr run around town. Path, Cemetery, LU, Avila, Trail, Hangar, Hosipital, HOME. Felt really good. Got tired at about 35 minutes. Shins started to hurt then too. Break from running was what I needed.

not planning on being a rest day but i woke up and it was really wet and i was going to go biking so i decided to go back to bed for a bit. training got canned and i slept and did some studying for midterm #1 of 234843
