10 times - average time was over 4 seconds slower than last year. Started at a good pace , not too fast. Died after that
Parked at Norwester. Down LL Rd. Then cross the street and past Kview down Riverdale and the big hills. Then cross highway and down 21st onto Mountain, past Allison's and then up the hill on Coppin and back to the Norwesterview. Two skate and one skate mostly with some double poling.
