Complex. About 15 minutes nonstop and then a break of 2 minutes 30seconds. Completely exhausted after. Probably 65-75 laps

after swimming. slowly around the neightbourhood until took a little pit stop, then home

2hr30min Lappe polewalk 2 laps.

Parked at Trowbridge
15' in and 15' out

Polewalking hills (striding) 45:00 [4]

Mother hill strides.
1 x walk up
2 x walk up 1st 3rd of hill and stride the 2nd 3rd and walk to top
Then strided 2/3rds of the hill and came down the side of the hill. About 6-7 x

Note

Pretty exhausted today. Didn't want to train. Sorest day today. Sore arms back and quads. R foot is uber sore too. Mentally drained

Running intervals 1:30:00 [3]

Centennial Intervals
30 minute warm up on "exercise" trails.
Then "a" loop and up the hill. Stopped watch at the bottom when you meet the horses. Then jogged slowly back to start. 3 times. 8:21, 8:11, 8:26. Legs couldn't handle the last one. Good workout though. I think the tempo was 40 minutes
20 minute cool down on trails.
R Foot sore again. Too much running. Shouldn't have ran today. Sore from strength yesterday too. Quads and arms+back.

Post around golf course loop and back home with extra loop around new division. (30')

Strength (core and mod. AK weights) 1:00:00 [3]

Core for 20 - all the difficult exercises.
Weights for 40 - all continous with several added workouts. Better than last week!

rest day filling with scholarly activities. midterm tomorrow night so most likely no training. oh well
