Centennial Intervals
30 minute warm up on "exercise" trails.
Then "a" loop and up the hill. Stopped watch at the bottom when you meet the horses. Then jogged slowly back to start. 3 times. 8:21, 8:11, 8:26. Legs couldn't handle the last one. Good workout though. I think the tempo was 40 minutes
20 minute cool down on trails.
R Foot sore again. Too much running. Shouldn't have ran today. Sore from strength yesterday too. Quads and arms+back.
