24hr relay.

Ski (Skate) (The dreaded 24 hr Relay) 3:30:00 [3] 52.0 km (4:02 / km)

24 Hr Relay.

1 lap before timing - warm and slow
2 laps after timing - overdressed
---- 3 lap break ------
1 lap - pretty good
------ 30 minute break ------
7:00pm - 9:00pm
- 8 Laps (I think ?) might be 9 but i doubt it. 1,2,3,4 were bad cause it was only 8 o'clock but after that I got into a good rhythm. 8 sucked and i was almost reduced to tears and crying for my mom. Was very grouchy between 7 & 8 and might have yelled. I am sorry.
Then ate desserts and showered and home. Back for 8. Darn

Skiing with Lindsay - skate. Icy but alot nicer than the other day when it was super slow.
