| Legs felt heavy at the start. Still feeling effects of Sunday's big bike ride.
Did hill repeats up the path/stairs from downtown MI to First Hill. Felt good to go lactic, believe it or not! This is what I need to raise my threshold and get stronger for big efforts/pushes.
Legs felt better on the slow jog home. |
