Still behind. 6×1km @17.5km/h 1min rest. Over treshold on the last one, but felt better today.

Where is my running shape!? I'm fed up with this now.. I want to be back where I were in December!! Crappy, shifty, @##$$ cold/flue/whatever it's called.
