Don't feel 100%. Guess the week got to tough and I wasn't strong enough to stand the fight. Felt weak Thursday and tired Friday. Understood that it was a light cold yesterday and took it easy today. After working the whole day with the ergo (changing lines) I finally tested the thing.

No lactate problems today. Sore hamstring on left side some someday days, but didn't feel worse on treadmill. Guess that it's the ice outside and spiked shoes that causes the problem.
