Went to Skåne directly after race and went back home today. Very tired on the way back. Not normal.

Legs was good, but my bike didnt work. Gear wire jammed and I couldn't get the gear to heavy gears. crap! Also had to swim the kayak leg... not warm.

Löpning tempo 55:17 intensity: (35:27 @3) + (19:50 @4) 5.5 km (10:03 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 7

Speed session on threshold on gravel/pavement. 5,5k in 19:50 about 3:37min/km. Felt kind of heavy and not at all used to speed running. Have been doing all intervall sessions for a long time on forest trails and up/downhill.

Need to adjust the flat running to get more confy on the long runs.
