Didn’t feel good today. Got another round of a skin infection (left ring finger) and started an antibiotic treatment yesterday. Had to rest after the bike session.

8x1km @ 17.5km/h at the gym. Didn’t feel to well today. Have a skin infection. Lactate treshold is low for the moment.

Started up an interval session, but body did not respond. Pulse got to high and didn’t go down as it should between the efforts. Stopped after 4x1km and jogged the rest.
