MAROC District Event - Birsemore Hill
Brown - 7.1k with 270m of climb and 23 controls.
Lost ca 1 minute at each of 7, 11 and 19 and was hesitant in a couple of places.

Felt a less tired and enjoyed the run - a nice and dry evening also helped in that regard!

FVO Evening event - Killearn Glen and Kirkhouse Wood
Green course - 5.1k with 13 controls.
Was still tired from last weekend and it showed with some very sloppy orienteering!
