Snow hidden ice caused a number of tumbles (- the most spectacular of which was performed by Rosco!) and lead to some cautious running which meant the run took longer than anticipated!

Warm up jog around the track with FVO. Had intended doing the intervals, but my left calf was sore, so I thought better of it!

Bumped into Gary early in the run, then the Ochil Hill Runners coming off Dumyat and then some mountain bikers in Hermitage - all out enjoying a nice crisp evening!
