Planavau pailseti, o gavosi va kaip... Pirmas mano maratonas! Pradzioj galvojau 35, bet po 31 uzsimaniau dar vieno ratuko, o tada jau liko tik 4km, sazine neleido tiek mazai likus iki maratono sustoti.Subegau 6 ratukus, tada 2km pirmyn - atgal ir tada 400m tipo, realiai kokius 550m. Gerdavau kas rata, po 4 ratu suvalgiau maxim gel - padejo labai. Likus 1km visiskai atsigavau, o paskutinius tariamus 400 metru tai begau jauciu 3.40 tempu, kazkoks kaip psichinis lekt pradejau, kvepavimas padaznejo... jausmas labai keistas, bet malonus :) 29:23, (142/157) 28:38, (155/163) 28:20, (157/163) 28:15, (158/165) 28:05, (160/169) 27:47, (164/170) 9:16, (164/171) 9:11, (165/170) 2:27, (171/174) Rytoj jau tikrai pailsesiu :) | ||
