Follow up of a little cold!

Back from vacation at the Engadin with a little cold as souvenir, I went today to the Vue des Alpes to see if there is still enough snow for skiing. It is! However it was foggy and windy between the Vue des Alpes and TĂȘte de Ran, far away to be ideal for XC-skiing fighting with a cold.

What a day here at the upper Engadine, not one cloude and even the famous engadin wind was impressed and stopped blowing! The XC-tracks have been groomed freshly and the 24 Km skating from Silvaplana to Pontresina and backwards has been a real pleasure not only for the body but even more for the eye and the mind!

Silvaplana-Sils-Maloja on XC-Ski.
Finally the XC-Tracks over the Silvaplana and Silser Lake are beeing prepared and are skiable. The Engadine under the bright winter sun is really paradise not only for the skieer but also for the photgrapher!

Gymnastic 30:00 [1]

To recover from the cough brought to me by the youngsters from Biel I decided not to go on the XC-Tracks today! Instead I have done some more gymnastic. Let's hope that tomorrow the cough is over!
