Nurse promised today that before doctor visit, 9 April, I can't do any trainings :-(

Now I understand my "heavy legs" and "not glide at all" comments during last few weeks. My hemoglobin was dropped down from 160 to 95, and this takes only a few weeks.
Why? I don't know, but during next week my doctor will hopely tell more...
Anyway I have still flu + fever, so the Easter vacation and week after will not be training for me this year. Totally sick leave.
But - I'll be back!

Something pulmonary... I had been "not so good" feeling latest 3 weeks (after last illness) and now it came out. Let's see, Easter is coming. Maybe then I will training next time?

Vartiolaakso - Alijuhakkala - Metsähennala - Laatukatu - Vartiolaakso. Quite heavy feeling in my legs. I Should run more, but skiing is so much more funny for my. Yesterday I skied on the same track as I run today, and now there isn't snow at all. Spring came yesterday evening...
