| Ran out and back 40 minutes through Gadevang. Then line and course in Gribskov Midt, training with new magnifying glass at 1:15,000 again. Better flow, but still made a couple of strange twists and found it difficult to keep bearing. Enjoyed the course, but quite tired legs and knee a bit achy in terrain.
Have done a lot of gardening the last few days! Today's job included preparing and seeding a new patch of lawn and patio. Moving earth, raking, and then in the absence of a mechanical stamper, picking up a big, heavy and flat rock and dropping it on the ground. Again and again, fortunately missing my toes every time. Also had a trip to Lousiana art gallery with mum and dad, new exhibition of Cezanne (bright impressionistic bowls of fruit) and Giacometti (tall thin bronze people). |
