Hiking up the Cascade Falls trail on Mt Tam with Sam and Presto! Last weekend's longish and flat hike went well for my hip, so we decided to try short and steepish this week. We went up what was a surprisingly nice trail with lots of mossy rocks and trees and little water falls and then popped out onto a hill top with a really nice view of the Pacific Ocean.

My hip was starting to get a bit tired feeling by the top, but generally did quite well. I think it could have done more distance without a problem, but it was probably at it's limit for climb for today. Presto had a great time sniffing all the things, and Sam had a great time taking copious pictures. Fun, fun!

Stretching 10:00 [3]
