5min run/1 min walk with Sam and Presto! My hip was bothering me a bit for the first 5 minutes and then a little bit during the 1 min walk. I stretched it a bit and then it felt fine for the rest of the run. Running for 5 minutes at a time is starting to feel more like just running :-).
