Running with Sam, Brendan, Nadine, and Presto at Redwood Regional Park! Really nice run through the redwoods this morning. I was actually feeling shockingly good on the uphills considering how tired I've been, but the group as a whole was quite slow, so there was a lot of stopping and waiting. The pace picked up significantly on the way down. And then picked up again, and again...and pretty soon we were running quite quickly. Perhaps more quickly than was good for my various body parts because pretty soon my left hip started bothering me. I stopped to stretch, which helped a bit, but I eventually just had to stop running. Boo. Hopefully this is a short-lived sort of thing. Otherwise, the run was super fun and then we headed to Thai Sunday Brunch, which was excellent as always!

Stretching at home, which made my hip feel a lot better and also resulted in me falling asleep on the floor...
