Running with Presto after lab! I'm settling back into this timezone and was feeling awake enough for a run this evening. My knee is still super sore to the touch, but didn't hurt on stairs or on the bike today, so I decided to give running a shot tonight. It felt fine! There was a gorgeous sunset over Mt. Tam tonight, which was really nice.

Normal abs. I can tell I haven't done these in a bit.

Stretching 10:00 [3]

Normal stretching. Still no foam rolling or my normal hip flexor stretch because of all the bruises. I tried to do a standing hip flexor stretch, but I don't really get much of a stretch that way, so it wasn't all that useful. My right ankle is currently a bit sore, I think because there are so many chigger bites on it that it was kind of swollen while I was running. NC has many nice things going for it (green, living plants in summer!), but chiggers aren't one of them.
