Running with Presto! Getting back to Berkeley went quite smoothly, but I was still pretty exhausted by the time I arrived. I figured the best way to get back on CA time was to go out for a run just before sunset to inform my body that, yes, it is still light now. Presto seemed a bit more interested in snuggling on the couch and was a bit draggy on the way up the hill. It was really nice to be outside with all the flowers blooming and the sunset over Mt. Tam!

Normal stretching. I then proceeded to fall asleep during orchestra rehearsal, so I clearly need a few days to get back on track :-).
