Running after not-lab with Presto! This is going to be a long 3 weeks... Anyway, I'm still healthy, so YAY! Presto and I had a very nice run up the hill. My right hamstring is still bothering a bit, so I took it nice and slow. We waved (from like 10 feet away) at a bunch of people, including a family that we saw out last night, which was nice. Good to get out!

Normal stretching. Tried to roll out my hamstring, but I don't think I was that successful.
