Running with Presto after lab/not-lab! I spent a while organizing things in lab today, there's a lot of organizing and equipment acquisition to go, but it's starting to feel like a real lab in there! It was a bit warmer today, but the sidewalk plowers are still a bit tired (I guess?), so there was still a lot of snow on the sidewalks. It was well below freezing before I got out, though, so everything had frozen up pretty hard. Everything was fine while we were on the sidewalk and the first couple sections of trails down to Beebe Lake and I'd been lulled into a false sense of security. When I got to the last set of stairs, I just happily started running down them and whoop! my feet went out from under me. I grabbed at the handrail to stop from crashing down the stairs and felt something pop in my shoulder, which is probably bad, but seemed better than falling down the stairs... I was much more careful for the rest of the run. Still good to get out!
