My left knee has been hurting, so I took it easy today. I went to the CSU training, but ran about half of the course. I did 4x30s strides at the end. My knee was hurting a little, but mostly ok. I am hoping that by stretching a bunch, it will eventually go away.

We did a lot of core work today (more than usual) but no arms because of erging as the warm-up, which is plenty for me. My knee is still sore. I don't notice it just walking around, but it was hurting a lot when I did leg presses (I stopped) and a little doing some other leg strength thing. I will ice it again tonight. Hopefully it will be good to go tomorrow so I can run outside.

Ran from my apartment to Brendan's and then did a street-o around Cambridge, Somerville, and on Harvard campus. It was quite cold and dark, but fun.

Went out to Mt. Cranmore with Ian to go skiing. There were no lift lines, which was nice. We had a great time!

Night-O in Waltham at the Polariod facility in the snow. There was a very large bonfire, which affected my route choices at the beginning and the end.

Ran red at the BOK meet at Umstead Whispering Pines in NC. Still sick.

Went running with my dad and Jiffy around Dix hospital. Still sick.

Brendan, Jiffy, and I went running on the coldest day yet in NC around Dix Hospital. I, unfortunately, am getting sick, which slowed us down a bit. Jiffy had a great time as usual.
