Ran from my apartment to the river and then did the Eliot to River St. loop. Did 4x30s strides at the end of the loop before running back.

Mostly flutter kicking, some breast stroke kick, some breast stroke, and some butterfly. I started thinking about how awesome either SCUBA-O or snorkle-O would be. Trip to a coral reef anyone?

My left knee has been hurting, so I took it easy today. I went to the CSU training, but ran about half of the course. I did 4x30s strides at the end. My knee was hurting a little, but mostly ok. I am hoping that by stretching a bunch, it will eventually go away.

We did a lot of core work today (more than usual) but no arms because of erging as the warm-up, which is plenty for me. My knee is still sore. I don't notice it just walking around, but it was hurting a lot when I did leg presses (I stopped) and a little doing some other leg strength thing. I will ice it again tonight. Hopefully it will be good to go tomorrow so I can run outside.

It was snowing and my knee has been hurting, so I went to the gym instead of running outside.
