| My left knee has been hurting, so I took it easy today. I went to the CSU training, but ran about half of the course. I did 4x30s strides at the end. My knee was hurting a little, but mostly ok. I am hoping that by stretching a bunch, it will eventually go away. |

| We did a lot of core work today (more than usual) but no arms because of erging as the warm-up, which is plenty for me. My knee is still sore. I don't notice it just walking around, but it was hurting a lot when I did leg presses (I stopped) and a little doing some other leg strength thing. I will ice it again tonight. Hopefully it will be good to go tomorrow so I can run outside. |
