Cross-Country Skiing 3:00:00 [3] 15 km (12:00 / km)
Went to Waterville Valley, NH to cross-country ski with Ian. We left a little later than planned and then got lost along the way, so we got to Waterville Valley about an hour later than we wanted to. It had snowed about 8 inches the day before we got there, so the snow was really nice. We were planning on doing a longer loop, but Ian's pole broke, so we decided to turn back a bit early.

Thursday Mar 27

Running 29:54 [3] 3.33 mi (8:59 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Running
Went running with my dad and Jiffy around Dix hospital. It was pretty warm today, and I am definitely not used to it.
Strength 5:00 [3]
Core.

Monday Mar 24

Biking 1:04:00 [3] 11.4 mi (5:36 / mi)
We decided to go bike riding again since the bikes were all fixed up and we did so much changing of tires and stuff on Saturday. We did the same ride as Saturday except that we didn't take Jiffy out afterwards because it is actually kind of cold here today and we were excited to get inside. We took Jiffy out for some frisbee fun instead.

Sunday Mar 23

Orienteering race 25:08 [5] *** 2.4 km (10:28 / km)
spiked:9/11c shoes: Vasque Orienteering
Sprint on a brand new map at Lake Crabtree. The map was missing a decent amount of detail but the contours were pretty good. I did pretty well for most of the course but there was a woman following me who would sort of run ahead and then wander around aimlessly until I got to the control at which point she would punch right after me, which was annoying. At the very end she went one way and I decided to go a slightly different way in the hopes of losing her. Instead I just got lost and lost about 3.5 minutes.
Orienteering race 22:14 [5] *** 2.2 km (10:06 / km)
spiked:9/11c shoes: Vasque Orienteering
Second sprint at Lake Crabtree. I did really well until the very end at which point I went to number 1 instead of number 11, which seemed to be a fairly popular mistake. They were pretty close to each other, and I just glanced down and saw a control with a 1 next to it. I hit it dead on, and then was extremely confused when I saw the control code. Oh well... I think I lost about a minute.
