Running 26:11 [3] 2.9 mi (9:02 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Running 3

Decided I was finally feeling well enough again to go running, so Presto and I went to the river to run most of the JFK-River St. loop. Turns out I have a sinus infection on top of some sort of really bad viral thing. I've been on antibiotics for a couple of days now, and although I'm still tired and stuffy, I'm starting to feel ok. I felt really weak and slow on the run and my knee started hurting at the end I'm assuming because I was tired and running funny. Hopefully as I continue to recover, I will get back into the swing of things fairly quickly.

Stretching 10:00 [3]

Cruciatus stretches and back extensions on the roller.

Note
(sick)

So sick. My lymph nodes are so swollen, it hurts to turn my head. I was planning on going orienteering today, but since I can barely walk across the room, I decided orienteering was probably not the best of plans. Hopefully this will go away soon...
