Literally warming-up before the sprint. Failed miserably to actually get warm, but Presto enjoyed it anyway :-).

Sprint at NAOC! This was a lot of fun, but definitely could have been way cleaner, and even with the mistakes it never felt like I was running all that fast. The big time losses were at 5 (where I happily did a 180 before unhappily realizing that I had done a 180...), 15 (not entirely sure what happened here but suddenly the scale was massively confusing), and 16 (where I got all confused in the yurts). I still had lots of fun out there, and it was really good to see everyone!

Running with SGB and Presto at Worthington State Forest! Gorgeous run at the south end of the Water Gap along the Appalachian Trail, and then back along a stream/river thing with waterfalls. Awesome place!

Running with SGB and Presto after lab! It was a gorgeous evening to be out, and it was good to get the last of the kinks out from the weekend. We saw FOUR rabbits! Presto was ecstatic :-).
