Running 30:04 [3] 3.1 mi (9:42 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Running 16

Running with Sam and Presto after my concert! We had initially planned to run a bit longer, but the traffic back from Fremont was bizarrely terrible, so this was all we had time for. Still good to get out!

Running 29:03 [3] 3.1 mi (9:22 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Running 16

Running with Sam and Presto before lab! We got out of lab late enough that I was unexcited about running last night, so we decided to go this morning instead. It was nice to run when it was light out for a change! Presto was extremely spritely. I guess he hasn't had a tiring week at work :-).

Running with Sam and Presto! I wasn't feeling terrific today, but Presto sure was. He bounced around happily for most of the run :-).

Running 1:41:49 [3] 10.0 mi (10:11 / mi) +400m 9:03 / mi
shoes: Sacony Xodus

Running with Sam and Presto up Mount Duff! We headed out to Napa Valley to try and complete the run to the high point on the Oat Hill Mine Trail from last spring. I really like this trail. It's got a nice steady climb up for about 5 miles and then you get to turn around and for a nice steady, 5 mile descent :-).

We made it to the high point of the trail and then poked around off-trail for a while looking for a way to get to the top of the mountain/hill thing. It took a while, but we eventually found one. The views across Napa Valley were really pretty.

I was getting pretty cold after the poking around, so it was good to have a nice run back down the mountain. I am a downhill running fan, but even I was getting a bit tired after 5 miles of continuous downhill. It was good to get back to the car and some leftover pie! Yum!

Stretching 10:00 [3]

Normal stretching. I will be sore...
