Easy run in a break in the rain after lab with Presto! Still feeling sick, but not sick enough to not go for an easy run. The rain is great and all, but the house flooded again this morning. This time there were at least two independent leaks - one in the kitchen and one in the living room. Now all my things are wet again. Sigh.

Stretching 10:00 [3]

Even though the floor has been cleaned and dried and the carpet is outside getting "washed" in the rain, somehow doing abs and stretching and things seems so much less inviting when the house was recently flooded. Forced myself to get a good stretch in but couldn't convince myself to stay on the floor long enough for abs as well.

Running with Tori and Presto at Windy Hill! I had to drop Sam off at the airport this morning, so, since I was near-ish to Stanford (or at least more close than usual), I met up with Tori for a morning (actually practically a sunrise, if there had been less cloud-cover) run.

We headed out to Windy Hill, which has a nice dog-friendly loop. Presto was thrilled to find that there are RABBITS here, and spent the run on the lookout. Getting up the hill was a bit harder than it should have been, but we made it, and the run down was quite excellent.

Afterward we went to what is definitely the best bagel place I've been to in the Bay Area. Yum!!!

Normal stretching. I'm not sure that getting up at 5am was the best for this cold, but it was a fun morning!
