Running 28:15 [3] 3.1 mi (9:07 / mi)

10 min run/30s walk with Sam and Presto! I ate a large-ish number of cookies at the post-concert reception, so I was slightly full on this run (although the 1.5h drive back helped a bit...Bay Area traffic never ceases to amaze me...). Even still, it was the fastest I've run in a while and felt good! Presto seemed confused when I asked him if he wanted to go for a run while I was still wearing my concert clothes, but he got pretty excited once I changed into running shorts.

10 min run/1 min walk with Sam and Presto after lab! Things felt better than last time, which was nice. I still got a slight cramp on the way up the hill, but it was significantly less painful than last time.

Presto was quite happy to be out on a run!

10 min run/1 min walk with Sam and Presto! Woohoo! Almost just a run on the normal loop up the hill!

The good news is that my hip felt complete fine :-). The bad news is that (unsurprisingly) I am out of shape. I didn't really notice it on the 5 min run/1 min walk, but apparently I am going to have to work back up to being able to talk and run uphill at the same time...

I was hoping to just do my normal abs tonight, but I felt some pulling towards the end of the first set of 30 tuck-ups, so I only did 1 set of tuck-ups and then did the normal amount of crunches and planks.
