Back to Craig Leek again this time to help K have a bash at the virtual DR race.
Set off 10 mins before her and trotted up to the junction at 3.5k and waited. Ran up to the watershed with her and pretty much waited there until she came back off the hill (having lost a minute or so in deeper heather). Could barely keep up on the way down to the cp. Pretty weary from yesterdays effort but nice to be out in the fantastic colours.
