Birkenhill Farm, DW, new forest road back across below Tom's Cairn before cutting up through the wood to the top. There are some really nice bits in that plantation but it probably won’t be long before it’s chopped. Down via Balnahard, then then long straight to Finzean House, up to the edge of the caper enclosure and home round Antilly and down to Starrypool.
No hamstring issues other than a very slight ache at times.
Enjoyable.
Felt pretty good today and had intended exploring that forest road for a while. Gives another Tom’s Cairn option....just need one from the SE now, not that I’d use it that often.
