Plenty icing, plenty frustration. Maybe the long-term tickly cough might be persuaded to disappear too.

Gee that hurt.
Detox 10k.
Hill to 2k was grim (as usual), but probably even grimmer than usual. Just seemed to crawl up it and was knackered at the top. The rest was vaguely tolerable. In fact the farm track was pretty much the best i've seem it. However 2 mins slower than 2017 but 1 mins slower than 15 and 16 I think. Possibly 3rd v60, 1 mins behind 2nd.

8k stomp on and off some of the lesser Tanar tracks with T. Went for a wee explore to NE of Bridge of Ess too.

Headtorch stomp up Corybeg and Lamahip with T late on. Out for 2.5 hrs.

Feeling very leg weary and not at all spritely but nice chatty jaunt round the Ballater Seven Bridges loop with K. Always good with the necessary coffee+ in Ballater after.
