Another gently gently but on somewhat hillier stuff. All good with the achilles until the last bit on the community path then slightly sore. still progressing ok.

Torphins, up the Learney Hill, main road to Tarland, Aboyne and home. Worked pretty hard but all good. Pretty chilly early on.

More gently gently stuff up the back. Very steady on the largely flattish trails with T.
Significantly less ache from the achilles. Good progress.

Note

Some Achilles progress...real or imaginary. Will undoubtedly be tempted to give it a gentle runout in the next day or two.

Patience didn’t last long.
Dug out shoes with a higher heel and went up the back gently gently. Wet but good.
