Felt really tired and heavy in the warm up but better at the end than I did at the beginning. Glad to get it done.

Easy round the usual loop of Trustach with T. Very pleasant in the afternoon sunshine especially through the beech woods down by the river. Need more of these easy runs - don't find they come naturally. Coffee (and cake) at Potties after.
Tired from yesterday. Minor left hip soreness.

Glorious day. The weeks long run.
With T (on bike).
From Dinnet over the hill to Glen Tanar; up,past Half Way Hut to Etnath then back over. 3k at a good tempo back along the road to Dinnet.
Little wind and full sun. Nice. Probably went a mite quicker than intended overall.

Deeside Runners - Aboyne Green
Was very tempted to bottle out of this at 6 but had offered to give lifts to DW and SW so semi committed. Glad I went in the end.
W/u w/d to and from Green.
6 x 3/1.5 with 6 x strides to finish.
Pretty consistent set of 6 and generally felt controlled the whole time. Pleased with how it went.

1.6k w/u...not enough
5k, 3mins easy, 3k, 3m easy, 2k, w/d

First 2k tough but got slightly easier. Not much though. No aches, pains etc.
Used inhaler beforehand.
