from last chance desert to fremont river at hwy 24. mostly downhill. felt great. right knee a little sore.

in am. from gemini down to bowknot bend via spring canyon. felt pretty good. very tired after from pushing hard back up to gemini.

gemini, shafer, potash, moab, gemini loop. felt like crap until about mile 55. finally loosened up after that.
