4 laps at campground. last one with glenn and merry. calf felt pretty good skiing.

Skate XC ski 15:00 [3] 2.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

one lap at campground. no calf pain skating at all. too bad i'm so out of "skating shape" that i pretty much can't do it right now.

one mile of fast walking, very slow running on treadmill to test out calf. still pretty sore, but feeling quite a bit better than yesterday. might be able to do a light run tomorrow.
