Usual lunch route with Calle. Nice to get out when its not dark. Not the best weather so it was a wee bit muddy in places.

Club intervals - Kusens. Long hill reps x 10. Was a bit tired and felt bodypump.
Running (Warm up / down) 40:00 [1]

Ran to Kusens and back, plus a lap before and after.

Bodypump at lunch time (Shoulders). Really tired arms now as usual, should I not get stronger soon...
