X-Training (X-country skiing) 1:25:00 [3]
Stormon runt plus some warming up for sprint relay; 15km!! Feeling totally crap from my cold so stuck to some flatish skiing and tried to glide as much as possible. +3 so bit crap for waxing.
X-Training (Sprint Relay) 4:00 [5]
Sprint Relay!! My team Me, Pål, Peter, Kricko v Czech team Kate, Jerika, Micha, Kate v Jenny, Michal, Anders, Marie. Kate was a bit faster at the beginning beat me to the track but I managed to catch it up on the slight climb at the end. Unfortunatly we were 3rd, Kricko fell on the last loop and couldn't match Maire's skating! Czech's won but slightly in our defence we didn't have anyone skating :o)

10km & 6km hund spår. I was a bit crap today, didn't have any good wax and I fell on some of the downs (including when I totally wiped out Anders!)

11km Stormon. Not feeling very good so decided to go on a bit of a flatter round.

Cold, blocked up and a bit of a sore throat. I can feel my glands. Since I'm here in the mountains decided just ski a bit of an easier pace.

Friday Feb 15

X-Training (X-country skiing) 1:50:00 [3]
Grönklitt, Orsa. Amazing sunny weather so we had numerous photo stops! Was skiing with Kate and Marie, we went on the 10km and 5km. Both really nice, well prepared esp. 10km.
X-Training (X-country Skiing) 1:45:00 [4]
Stormon, Hällbergs and 2.5km; 17km. Skied on my own since I was slower than Marie and boys but faster then Kate and Jenny. Really nice tracks and weather again. Went down the slalom slope to get to the start, always exciting on x-country ski's. Did manage to complete the childrens slalom course though! Sauna & beer totally dead now!

Thursday Feb 14

Usual lunch run with Andreas and Calle. Seemed like we were running at a good pace and chatting away so a bit of extra effort there! Off to Grönklitt, Orsa x-country skiing. Really looking forward to it since the weather forcast is good and its ages since I've done any x-country.

Body pump after work. Got there last and there were no 1kg left! Managed to borrow some for everything except for shoulders where I died!

Tuesday Feb 12

Running (Intervals) 25:00 [5]
shoes: Asics 2120
Club intervals at Kusen's. Pyramid intervals 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1min / 90sec rest. Fun doing a wee bit longer intervals, totally dead in the middle.
Running (Warm up/ down) 40:00 [2]
shoes: Asics 2120
Ran to Kusens and back plus a lap before and after.
