| Combination of having to work late, not feeling 100% (probably due to the amount of cake I've eaten today!) and mostly due to lazyness! Have seen how far i have to run at the weekend and now having a bit of a panic attack! |

| Intervals at Kusen's. Had planned to run pyramid's but the el-ljus spår was a no go. Plan B; (20/20x6)x6 beside the canal. Ok though I struggle to accelerate enough to get tired. |
