Combination of having to work late, not feeling 100% (probably due to the amount of cake I've eaten today!) and mostly due to lazyness! Have seen how far i have to run at the weekend and now having a bit of a panic attack!

Intervals at Kusen's. Had planned to run pyramid's but the el-ljus spår was a no go. Plan B; (20/20x6)x6 beside the canal. Ok though I struggle to accelerate enough to get tired.

Body pump at lunchtime as usual. Will probably need to increase some of the weights now since I don't seem to be suffering after that much!

I was a spenst training course last night, 3hrs! Trying out some of the exercises.

0oC and lots and lots of wet snow - not fun!!! The grounds warm so its all just a slush & snow mess. Typical, no snow the whole winter and now when we want to go orienteering...
