Orienteering race 1:19:00 [5] **** 7.5 km (10:32 / km)
OK Grips, D21L. Lots of good runners because it is SM terrain. 10min back on the winner Annika Gustavsson. Super tough terrain, hilly and heavy under foot.

Jogging to the start. Nothing after, was really tired and there were no drinks controls!

Telgestads loppet. Felt terrible, really a bit disapointed!

Tvete, ran intervals with Kricko round the 1.5km track. ~1.3km x 3, 2min rest for me, should have been 4 but my right hamstring was really really tight and uncomfortable.

Cycled to ICA Maxi with my recycling. Legs are a wee bit stiff and tired so gave running a miss.
