Stockholm winter series. My orienteering was totally hopeless! Lovely sunny day and nice terrain though.

After work with Lerka, fun considering it was spinning. My legs felt tired though, not sure why. I'd eaten a semlor at science fika and could feel that when I was cycling, probably best avoid in the future! Wore my heart rate monitor for once.

Tveta. Wasn't up for it. Ran with Kricko, Nettan and Sofia, didn't do much of the orienteering (which we weren't doing well). Not feeling a 100% but it might because of work.
