Saturday Mar 22

running 46:30 [3] 5.02 mi (9:15 / mi) +50m 5:35 / km
ahr:148
treadmill at home
not bad considering couple of beers earlier in the day, multiple coffee drinks, crappy sleep last night, and moving Nate and Amy's stuff all day. Incorporated some hills into the run.

Thursday Mar 20

running tempo 41:45 [4] 5.0 mi (8:20 / mi)
slept:5.5
treadmill at station

warm-up: 9:10
13:13 (132)

tempo 7:40
Mile 1:
Mile 2: combined first two (164)
Mile 3: 172

cool: 9:10
4:34 (164)

I don't think I recovered from the tempo as well as I could due to sleep issues last night. Tempo felt really good though, I could have pushed it a little more on the pace but with recent mild cold, was happy
running warm up/down 6:00 [1] 0.39 mi (15:22 / mi)

Wednesday Mar 19

running 45:52 [3] 5.0 mi (9:10 / mi)
ahr:144 shoes: inov
electrolytes and water not right...slightly cramping even before the run and L hammy wanted to cramp during run. Run felt good after being minorly sick and without sleep past couple of days.
