It's kind of hard to estimate the elevation on my entries without a tool or something ie a gps watch. I need to check into a website or topo map where I can plot out some of the main routes for elevation gain.
anyway...today's run was sweeet. Low key, easy, hilly, slow pace was perfect and it was a nice day to be outside.

Wednesday Apr 9

running 31:19 [3]3.5 mi (8:57 / mi)
shoes: mizuno wave
crappy run...kept getting interrupted and a little stressed on the condition on how my feet would feel. Feet actually felt decent...L still troublesome.
weightlifting 45:00 [3]
felt better than the run earlier...must be the caffeine!

running race 1:23:13 [4]10.0 mi (8:18 / mi) +100m 5:01 / km vdot: 39.9

horse butte 10-miler. Planned on making it a 3+ on the exertion scale and made it a solid 4. I kicked a rock (actually twice both with my R foot) and looks like my big toe nail is in jeopardy. I did a nice 1-handed plant though! Decent hill work, lots of up and down...I have no idea what the vert actually is/was. Fun run all in all!
