| run around Pine mtn observatory area. I've got to get my electrolyte/cramping issues dealt with. I don't think I've gone through a race yet without cramping up in some fashion. Yesterday, I had both my calfs, both hammy's cramp up at one point or another. With the hammy's I would need to stop...stretch them out and them gingerly start run/walking again. I know I can do alot better than my times have been in my races and this is just one issue...frustrating.
cool run though and really nice area to train for future runs. |
