W/o in the evening - before dinner at around 8:00pm.

Ate well all day, but then got snacky in the pm -- had about 6 jujubes and about 1/3 cup nut mix. Still wanted more snacks.

water - need to increase.

b: 2 boiled eggs, toast, cheese, tea
l: salad from hospital, orange
snack: 2 cracker packs and 1 cheese, tea
dinner: 1 egg and egg whites, mushrooms, onions, toast
snack: 6 jujubes, 1/3 cup nutmix

did 8:00 am w/o before breakfast, was good. Didn't feel like I had as much energy.


Had a 3 1/2 hour nap today --- felt awesome!!!

w/o after work - did right away so had the energy,
the longest elliptical w/o to date, felt good.

water: need to drink more, especially at work

food
b: eggs, toast, tea
l: hospital salad (eggs, chicken)
snack: cheese, crackers
d: leftover ham from salad, small amt of whole wheat pasta with chicken sauce, 3 spring rolls -- tasted so good w/ peanut sauce.
should only have had 1 or 2 spring rolls

Fat burn accelerator - skipped some of w/o, didn't like moves.

planned on doing more w/o this evening, but didn't.

l: mcd's wraps x2, few fries, few nuggets !!!
d: spag and meat sauce
snack: veggies, dip, few chips w/ salsa

water: not enough today.

should have eaten better today.
