Went running in Hawick and nobody else turned up! Possibly just as well, as my legs were still feeling the effects of the 7 Trigs. Miller's Knowes, fields along Weensland, Target hill (opened gates that had been shut when we shifted cows) then Hardies hill and the old railway line. Turned a bit damp.

KJ's "7 Trigs o' Hawick" - the challenge is to run round the 7 Trig points around Hawick (within ~ 3 miles) in any order in the fastest time and/or the shortest distance. First attempt using the basic route that KJ has used in the past but managed to shave 0.22km off the previous shortest distance although about 15 mins outside the fastest time. Garmin says I was only moving for 2.50.48 - I did stop to take photos at each Trig pt - so room for improvement. Also got caught up in some whins at one point which cost both time and distance. There will be a shorter route between the Galalaw and Orchard trig pts but it would involve wading the Teviot which I didn't fancy on a cold winter's day.
